Abstract
Angiotensin Ⅰ converting enzyme(ACE) plays an important function in the blood pressure. In the recent years, ACE inhibitory peptides from natural food have been the hotspot in the physiological bioactive peptides. Some aspects of the ACE inhibitory peptides isolated from different food proteins,their physiological and pharmacological effects and prospects for application were reviewed.关键词
