摘要

Abstract

Some factors that affected the hairy roots growth of Glycyrrhiza uralensis fisch and Glycyrrhiza inflata bat were studied, including the source of fermentation seed, the temperature, the rotate speed and the dissolved oxygen in medium. According to the parameter data of fermentation in 5L culture and 0.5L flask cultivation,the technology of 10L stirred bioreactor was established. The results showed that: using 1‰-3‰ inoculums size,25℃,40r/min and rotated speed 0.5vvm applied air,the growth rate of the 60 days hairy roots obtained from 10L stirred bioreactor was 55~60 no less than those cultured in flask. The glycyrrhizinic acid was detected in hairy roots of Glycyrrhiza uralensis fisch by HPLC whose content was 0.1% dry weight.
