食药同源中药制剂对乳酸菌体外生长的影响

Abstract
Tube double dilution method and oxford cup agar scattering experiment were adopted to assay influences of four edible Chinese herbal prescription, Buzhongyiqi pills, Shenlingbaizhu tablets, Guipi pills and Jianweixiaoshi tablets on multiplication of Streptococcus thermophilus, Enterococcus faecium, Streptococcus Faecalis, Lactobacillus helveticus and Lactobacillus plantarum. The results manifested that water extracts from Chinese herbal medicine had auto-action to Streptococcus thermophilus in different level. The efficacy at 6.25 ～100.0mg/mL Shenlingbaizhu tablets was the highest. The four kinds of medicines restrained the multiplication of Enterococcus faecium and Streptococcus Faecalis. Buzhongyiqi pills 6.25mg/mL and Guipi pills 12.5mg/mL had promoting growth action to Lactobacillus helveticus and Lactobacillus plantarum respectively, the four kinds of medicine in other conditions restrained the multiplication of Lactobacillus helveticus and Lactobacillus plantarum.关键词
