摘要

Abstract

The technology process of a sea-buckthorn insoluble dietary fiber enzymatic modification preparing soluble dietary fiber was established. The results showed that: Composite plant hydrolase added 9%, water feed ratio 25, extracts of pH value 5, extraction temperature 55 ℃, enzyme reaction time 120min, and alcohol precipitation 4h,the extraction rate of soluble dietary fiber was the highest of 40.25mg/g.
