丁香鱼薄层干燥数学模型研究
Mathematical models on thin-layer drying of Engraulis japonicas

Abstract
The characteristic of thin-layer drying of Engraulis japonicas were studied. Through the tests of coefficient of determination ( R2 ), chi-square ( X2 ), root- mean- square error ( RMSE ) and mean relative percent error ( PE % ) of single factor, the Midilli model was the best fitness. Quadratic orthogonal regression whirly design was used to establish the relationships between the coefficients(k, a, b and n)and temperature and velocity. The experimental data were analyzed with statistical method and a mathematical model was established. It showed a good fitness between predicted values and experimental values by Midilli models of Engraulis japonicas. And the mathematical model can accurately forecast the change of moisture content of Engraulis japonicas between temperature (40~70℃) and velocity(0.2~1.4m/s).关键词
