摘要

Abstract

The dry fruit of Avicennia Marina was extracted with seven different solvent dipping at normal temperature to get methanol extract, water extract,95 % ethanol extract, acetone extract, n- butanol extract ethyl acetate extract and petroleum extract, then their scavenging activities of 2, 2- Diphenyl- 1 - picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical,hydroxyl free radical ( · OH), superoxide free radical ( O2- · ) were measured by the methods of DPPH, Fenton,pyrograllol auto-oxidation respectively. The results showed higher extraction rate and total flavonoids yield in water extract,methanol extract and 95% ethanol extract, and all seven extracts exhibited certain radical scavenging activities on DPPH · , · OH and O2- · .The antioxidant and radical scavenging activities of water extract,95%ethanol extract and methanol extract was higher than acetone extract, n-butanol extract and ethyl acetate extract,while weak activity in petroleum extract.
