摘要
Abstract
This paper focused on the effects of hydrogen in bags on peroxide value(POV) changes of several oils and ham fat in the indoor environment and UV light irradiation with various uptime. It was found hydrogen had better effect on preventing the oils and corresponding foods from oxidative decaying, guaranteeing the food quality, and extending the shelf-life time.关键词
