Optimization of mycelium liquid fermentation conditions of Zinc-riching of Hypsizigus marmoreus
摘要
Abstract
The mycelium liquid fermentation conditions of Zinc-riching of Hypsizigus marmoreus were studied.The results showed that Hypsizigus marmoreus mycelium had the capacities of Zn-resisting and Zn-accumulating.The strain could grow in the medium with Zinc concentration from 300mg/L to 700mg/L.When Zinc added to the liquid medium was 400mg/L,the mycelium had the most Zinc absorbance and better Zinc organic.The optimum Zincriching liquid fermentation conditions were as following: fermentation temperature 28℃, pH 6, stirring speed 150r/min,250mL shake flash containing 50mL, inoculation size 5% (V∶V)for 6d.Under the conditions, the ratio of Zn -accumulation reached a maximum of 7.98% ,the degree of this group Zinc organic was 4.90%.关键词
