摘要

Abstract

A direct competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(cd-ELISA)was developed for detection of salbutamol in pork using polyclonal antibody.The sensitivity (IC50)and limit of detection (IC15)of assay were 0.80μg/L and 0.06μg/L, respectively.The ELISA detection system had the linear detection of 0.06~20.00μg/L.All of the test compounds, except clenbutarol ( 100% ) and terbutaline ( 10.5% ), showed low cross- reactivity.Then this direct competitive ELISA could potentially be applied to the determination of salbutamol and clenbutarol.The limit of detection of this developed ELISA for salbutamol in pork was 0.6μg/kg.The average recoveries were in ranges of 85%~100% and RSD were below 5.51%.
