组胺检测试纸的研制
Preparation for the detected paper of histamine
摘要
Abstract
This text introduced a new preparation method of a detected paper for detecting the histamine by the colorimetry principles,screening the color system and researching the conditions of the papers.The standard color card was prepared.The detected paper was evaluated through comparing the national standard method.The results of the experiment showed that: the best color system was hybrid solution which was compsed by the sodium p-aminobenzenesulfonate and sodium nitrite,the best concentration respectively was 40g/L and 400g/L, the best volume ratio was 10:0.3, the best paper material was the thick filter paper, the best soaking time was 20minutes,the best drying conditions was 60℃ in the oven, the paper detected limit was 4μg/mL.Practical experiment indicated that the detected results of the detected paper were in accordance with the detected results of the national standard method ,the re-emergence of the date was better.关键词
