摘要

Abstract

Konjac fly powder is the by-product of konjac flour, with light weight and small particle size. And it accounts for 30%~40% of konjac flour. Introduced the chemistry component and research situation of Konjac fly powder. Summarized the application in food, cosmetic, medicine and agriculture field of it. And expected the development foreground of it.
