Abstract
Konjac fly powder is the by-product of konjac flour, with light weight and small particle size. And it accounts for 30％～40％ of konjac flour. Introduced the chemistry component and research situation of Konjac fly powder. Summarized the application in food, cosmetic, medicine and agriculture field of it.
