摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To Learn the diet structure and nutrition status of female university students and provide basis for scientific nutrition and reasonable diet. [Method] Carry out diet investigate and body test for female sophomore students. [Result]Lower weight students occupied 13.8%, normal weight occupied 76.9%, over weight occupied 6.9%, and obesity occupied 2.5%;The energy intake was lower than the RNI in groups of lower and normal weight while higher than the RNI in group of over weight and obesity; The protein and fat intake were higher than the RNI in all groups and the carbohydrate intake was lower than the RNI in all groups; Dietary fiber, Ca, VA, VC intake were obviously lower than the RNI. The proportion of protein was a little higher than the RNI, fat was higher than the RNI, and carbohydrate was lower than the RNI. [Conclusion] The female students should adjust the diet structure, increase coarse grain, eggs, milk and beans intake, and decrease fat intake.关键词
