摘要
Abstract
Since reform and opening up, China has made remarkable achievements in animal husbandry.But due to the fundamentals are poor, economic foundation is weak, and factors that are affected by the whole environment are many, animal product quality safety problems are very prominent.This paper described the animal product quality safety problems and solutions to provide reference for improving the quality safety of livestock products in China.关键词
