摘要

Abstract

Phycobiliproteins is a pigment protein complex existed in blue-green algae, red algae, cryptophyta and some kind of pyrrophyta, which has important applications in food, cosmetics, medical diagnostics and bioengineering. The methods of extraction and purification of natural phycobiliprotein,including both advantage and disadvantage for each way,were overviewed in this paper, aiming to provide the basis for the development of large-scale extraction and purification technology of high-purity phycobiliproteins.
