Abstract
Pipes in system of blank removal by means of vacuum of FK350S packing machine caused unstable air pressure and jam. In order to solve this problem, a solenoid valve was replaced by a three-way chamber. In this three-way chamber, negative pressure was cancelled by compression air instead of being shut down by solenoid valve. After the improvement, for the pipes, length was shortened, geometry changes were reduced, and right-angles were skipped. Pressure and flow rate became stable so that trademark papers of different materials could be transferred properly. The consumption of suction cup reduced from 555 per month to 90 per month. The time of repairing reduced from 310 minutes per month to 0 minutes per month.关键词
