Abstract
With the development of food industry, new progresses are made by the research and development in food machinery. The developmental condition of food machinery is summarized, the present condition and existent problems of our national auto cutting device in food machinery are analyzed, as well as the direction of research and development on auto cutting device in our country for the future is indicated in this paper.关键词
