Research Progress of Seperation and Purification Techniques for α-Linolenic Acid
摘要
Abstract
As a kind of importment and healthful polyunsaturated fatty acid, α-linolenic acid has its special physical and chemical properties and its unique physiological function. Seperation and purification technique is the key for the industrial production of the α-linolenie acid. The major seperation and purification techniques used for α-linolenic acid at present were reviewed in this peper. The respective advantages and disadvantages of the techinques were analyzed and the development of the techinques in the future was prospect.关键词
