摘要

Abstract

The problem of deformation and inconsistent quality of large-capacity tray was resolved. The three-dimensional solid model of large-capacity tray was established by SolidWorks software, then the maximum stress, strain and maximum displacement of tray when placed in temperature environment from - 20 ℃ to 130 ℃ and carry lng 3 kg food was obtained by finite element analysis. Thus reasonable container design was screened. The detection and apiplication results showed that the tray had uniform layers with no fracture and accumulation phenomenon detected. So the technical problem of easi ly twisted deformation of heated large size tray vessel was resolved and the product stability was improved.
