Abstract
A rapid determination method by chrome azuron S method for alminum in vermicelli after water extration was established.The experimental main factors were analyzed: Reaction temperature, acid concentration, water extraction time.The optimum water extraction conditions were bath temperature 100 ℃, 50% (V/V) sulfuric acid 1.00 mL added into 20.0 mL water solution, water extraction time 35 min.The RSD% of method was 1.82%, the average recovery was 95.7 %, the paired t test with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS)of the national standard was no significant difference.The method is simple, fast, accurate and can be used for the determination of aluminum in vermicelli.关键词
