新型除鱼鳞机除鳞效果研究

摘要
Abstract
With 1 ～4 kg specifications range of fresh BaiI.ian as test materials to study a new scales machine except descaling effect. Take cleanse rate and the damage rate as descaling effect evaluation indexes, and orthogonally test three factors (the descaling roll speed,conveyer belt speed and imitation shape spring stiffness)that have an influence on descaling effect, analysis the variance, so we draw the conclusion that descaling effect is good when the speed of conveyer belt ranges from 0.16 to 0.22 meter per second, the speed of descaling roller ranges from 960 to 1 020 ring per minute ,and spring stiffness is in 160～200 Newton per millimeter.关键词
