五味子乙素-阿霉素脂质体的抗肿瘤作用研究
Studies on the anti-tumor effect of schisandrin B-doxorubicin lisposomes
摘要
Abstract
To prepare schisandrin B-containing liposomes used as cartier of doxorubicin, the doxorubicin-loading efficiency and particle size distribution were determined using column chromatography.The acute toxicity and anti-tumor effect of the doxorubicin carrier with schisandrin B-containing lipsomes were evaluated in Kunming mice and animal S-180 tumor model. It was shown that the doxorubicin-loading efficiency was (96.45 ± 1.86) ％ (n = 3), and the particle size distribution was (153.2±19.6) nm (n = 3), and Zeta potential was (- 38.6 ± 2. 5) mV. Schisandrin B-containing liposomes significantly reduced the toxicity of doxorubicin and improve its antitumor effect.关键词
