摘要

Abstract

Aqueous two-phase extraction (ATPE), a new extracting technology, has been paid more and more attention. In order to optimize the extraction technology of camphotree-polyphenol, effects of ultrasonic power, ratio of material to solvent, extracting time, extracting temperature and ultrasonic time on extraction efficiency were studied. Taking air-dried camphotree leaves as raw material and ATPE as the extracting method, and then the regression model was established by using quadratic regression rotational combinational design. The optimum conditions for the extraction were as following: ultrasonic power of 255 W, ratio of solvent to material of 1:39 (m :V), extracting time of 96 min, extracting temperature at 20. 9 ℃.Under such conditions, the maximum extraction rate predicted by the model was 3. 3 %.
