摘要

Abstract

The soxhlet extraction of ursolic acid from loquat leaves were studied in the paper. The optimized parameters was obtained by the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that: Loquat leaves particle size of 40 mesh screen, the volume fraction of 95%, extraction temperature 95 ℃, extraction time 150 min, and liquid to solid ratio of 14 : 1(V: m), extraction rate of ursolic acid 93.56%.
