异硫氰酸苄酯对产气荚膜梭菌抑菌作用的研究
Study on antimicrobial action of benzyl isothiocyanate against Clostridium perfringens
摘要
Abstract
The antimicrobial action of benzyl isothiocyanate(BITC) against Clostridium perfringens were studied.The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration( MIC value)of BITC against the tested strains was 400μL/L.The MIC values became smaller with pH values lower at different pH values (4~ 8 )conditions, while the antimicrobial action was enhanced.The MIC values were smaller with the sugar, salt concentration higher under different sugars, salt (1%~5%) conditions, while the antimicrobial action was enhanced as well.Transmission electron microscope(TEM)photos showed that BITC destroyed the capsule and the cell wall of bacteria.关键词
