鹿茸水提物对小鼠抗疲劳功能的影响
Anti-fatigue effects of antler velvet water extract in mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the anti-fatigue effects of antler velvet water extract in mice. Method:144 male mice were randomized into 4 groups(3 antler velvet water extract intervention groups and the control group).The control group was given saline and the 3 intervention groups were given various doses of water extract(80,40,8mg/kg · d)for 30 consecutive days, respectively. Then burden swimming time, BLA, BUN, LG, MG and LDH were tested by experiment. Result: The results showed that the antler velvet water extract can increase the swimming time ( p ＜ 0.05, p ＜ 0.01 ) ,the content of LG ( p ＜ 0.05, p ＜ 0.01 ), MG ( p ＜ 0.01 ) and the effect of LDH ( p ＜ 0.05, p ＜ 0.01 ),and decrease the content of BLA (p ＜ 0.01 ), BUN ( p ＜ 0.01 )obviously. Conclusion:The antler velvet water extract has the function of anti-fatigue obviously.关键词
