高效液相色谱法测定刺玫果中槲皮素的含量
Determination of quercetin in Rosa davurica.Pall by HPLC

Abstract
Objective:To develop a method for the determination of quercetin in Rosa davurica Pall. Method: HPLC analysis method was applied using CH3OH-0.2% N3PO4 as gradient elution mobile phase with Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 ( 4.6mm × 150mm, 5μm ) column. The flow rate, injection volume of the sample and the column temperature were 1.OmL/min,20μL,40℃ respectively and the UV detection wave-length was set at 370nm. Results:There was good linear relationship between integral value of peak area and quercetin in the range of 0.05166~0.82656μg( r = 0.9999).The average recovery of quercetin was 97.38% with the RSD of 1.79%.Conclusion: The determination of quercetin in Rosa davurica. Pall with HPLC method was studied in detail. The method was convenient and accurate which can be used for the quality control of Rosa davurica. Pall.关键词
