摘要

Abstract

L-leucine is one of the essential amino acids for humans and animals and one of the three branchedchain ones.It plays an extremely important role in physiological function.This article described the application of L-leucine in medicine, nutrition, chemicals and so on.At the same time, it also summarized the separation and purification techniques of L-leucine.Finally,the main factors affecting the separation and purification of L-leucine were discussed.
