Abstract
Five main factors, including extractant, solvent to material ratio, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature were analyzed by using single factor analysis method. Then, the influences of solvent to material ratio, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature on the yield of oil from semen allii tuberosi with the ultrasonic extraction technique were studied according to the Box - Behnken experimental design. One mathematical model was established by response surface methodology (RSM) to describe the relationships between the studied factors and the response of the oil extraction yield. Based on the canonical analysis, the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:solvent to material ratio 11.9mL/g, ultrasonic time 59min and ultrasonic temperature 58℃. Under the optimized extraction conditions, the oil extraction yield was 22. 41%, which was close to the estimated value 22. 48% by using regression model. The results showed that this model can well predict the experiment results.关键词
