L-核糖生产工艺条件优化的研究

Abstract
This study is focused on the epimerization of L- arabinose to L- ribose.On the basis of single factor experiment, the best technological conditions were confirmed according to orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the best dosage of ammonium molybdate was 1%, pH was 3.0 ~ 3.5, the arabinose concentration was 20%, the temperature was 115℃, and the time was 2 hours.The best transformation ratio was 27% under the above condition.关键词
