摘要
Abstract
The whole situation of our pig industry appears big but not strong. Its pork production and consumption are in the world' s first place, while its productivity and production mode are still at a low level. With the advancement of marketization, how to realize industrial management, stabilize pig market price fluctuation, promote the pork consumption to develop in high quality and diversity, and boost the breeding, raising, slaughter, and sale of the pig industry chain to develop as a whole are the core issues of breaking through the pig industry bottleneck.关键词
