电化学免疫传感器在食品安全检测中的研究进展
Research advance study of electrochemical immunosensor and its application in food safety
摘要
Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of immunoassay and sensing techniques, the immunosensors based on specific immune -reaction and immobilized antibody (antigen) as recognition element were developed. With varieties applications of electrochemical immunosenser, its performance and optimizing conditions in the analysis are reported more recently. Electrochemical immunosensor has more advantages than other methods because they have better selectivity and higher sensitivity. Therefore, they are applied widely in food sanitation. This paper introduced the classification of electrochemical immunosenser and its basie principles. According to the different inspecting signals, it can be divided into potential, current and conductance immunosensor. The progress of research and application of electrochemical immunosensor for food safety testing, and the prospect of application were reviewed.关键词
