当归藤中总黄酮提取工艺研究
Study on the extraction condition of total flavonoids from Embelia parviflora Wall
摘要
Abstract
The extraction techniques of the total flavonoids in Embelia parviflora Wall were studied. Orthogonal test was carried out to investigate the effects of concentration of solvent, the radio liquid to material, time length of extraction,and frequency of extraction on extraction results of total flavonoids from Embelia parviflora Wall. The optimum extraction technique was extracted Embelia parviflora Wall in 60％ ethanol with the ratio of liquid to material at 12:1 for 3 times,with 3h for each time. Under these conditions the extraction yield was 0.28％.关键词
