摘要

Abstract

In international food trade, China competent authorities should found risk management mechanism of import and export food. This paper presented general risk management mechanism of import and export food in China, composed of preliminary risk management procedures, determining and choosing risk management method,implementation risk management measure, monitor and assess risk management measure. The paper emphasized importance of risk profile in food risk management,and researched content of risk profile,the research could provide a reference for competent authorities of import and export food.
