Abstract
High cell density culture refers to the simulation of artificial environment of human body in bioreactor for high-density cell growth and the yield of great amount of cells and their metabolites. This technique can reduce the cost of the equipment, production, shorten the production cycle, and dramatically improve productivity to meet the market demand. This paper reviews the application research of this technique and the research condition of the key culture methods.关键词
