摘要

Abstract

PEG(400) succinic acid ester(PEGS) was synthesised by using PEG(400) and succinic acid as raw material.The influence of the addition and the pH value of prepared PEGS on the sparking voltage, electric conductivity of the working electrolyte for aluminum electrolytic capacitor were investigated. The influence of prepared PEGS on the property of aluminum electrolytic capacitor were investigated. The results show that the PEGS improve the sparking voltage of the working electrolyte, at the same time restrain the electric conductivity reduction effectively. With the mass fraction PEGS of 3%, the sparking voltage of the working electrolyte can be increased by 45 V at most, the electric conductivity only be deceased 100 × 10-6 S/cm. The best pH value of PEGS as additive is 6.0. Besides, the aluminum electrolytic capacitors with the PEGS have better thermalstability and longer life.
