HPLC-ELSD法测定鱿鱼生殖腺中PC的含量
Determination of PC in Squid Gonad by HPLC-ELSD
摘要
Abstract
A rapid detection method of PC in squid gonad by ELSD-HPLC was established. The column was Yi lite Cs(250mm x 4.6mm),and chloroform-methanol-ammonia(80:19.5.:0.5)as A mobile phase, chloroform-methanol-water-ammonia(60:34:0.5:5.5) as B mobile phase, 1.0 ml/min as flow rate. ELSD parameter: Evap80℃, Neb30℃, Gasl.0mldmin. The linear range was 0.5-2.5mg/mL (r = 0.9999) for PC.Stability RSD = 0.95％; reproducibility study RSD = 1.01％; recoveries test was 99.7％. Results showed that the determination of PC in squid gonad was fast, accurate, and reproducible.关键词
