摘要

Abstract

The LED' s heat sink was modeling and simulated by Flotherm. The results of simulation showed that changing of height,width and number of the fin of heat sink had a significant effect on temperature of chip. When height,width and number of the fin of heat sink are 65 mm, 1.2 mm and 20 respectively, the temperature of heat sink reaches the lowest and is 52.6℃ ,which is 60 ℃ lower than normal work temperature of LED. The highest temperature of heat sink is in direct proportion to environment temperature. The analysis results make theoretical references for the thermal design of LED.
