摘要

Abstract

Pure ZnTiO3 powders were prepared by molten salt methods, using ZnO and TiO2 as raw materials in molten salt of NaCl-KCl. The effect of calcining temperature, holding time and mass ratio of salt to raw materials on the microstructure of prepared ZnTiO3 powders were investigated. The results show that ZnTiO3 powders have good micromorphologies when mass ratio of salt to raw materials is 1: 1 and calcining temperature is 800 ℃ holding for 1 h. The grain growth is sufficient. The powders have a flake-like structure, and have no obvious agglomerate and distribute homogenously.
