水热法制备TiO2纳米晶薄膜的光电性能研究

Abstract
TiO2 nano-powders were synthesized using the hydrothermal method. First, Part of the powders was hydrothermal-trcated by NaOH solution. Then the treated and untreated powders were deposited on FTO glass to form films.Finally, the dye-sensitized solar cells were fabricated with the films. The TiO2 nanocrystalline films were characterized by XRD and SEM, and the photoelectric properties of the cells were investigated by an I-Vtester. The results indicate that the untreated TiO2 film possess small particle size, homogeneous distribution and pure anatase structure, and the photoelectrical conversion efficiency of its corresponding cell is 4.09%; the treated TiO2 film possess an unhomogeneous particle size distribution, anatase and rutile mixed structure, and the photoelectrical conversion efficiency of its corresponding cell is 4.16%. The main reasons for the improving photoelectric properties are the hybridization of the crystal structure and the broaden of the particle size distribution of the hydrothermal-treated powders.关键词
