摘要

Abstract

Different factors and levels were used for the Astragalus polysaccharide extraction by water bath. The results showed that the best ratio of solid to liquid, extraction temperate and time were in 1∶10, 80 ℃ and 2 h, respectively, under which the extraction rate could reach 9.77% under such conditions. Two types of Astragalus polysaccharide were obtained after alcohol precipitate and purification of DEAE-Sephadex A-25 and Sephadex G-100. The result of anti-tumor activity research showed that at dose of 50 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg, the inhibitory rates of two kinds of polysaccharide were 49.81%, 55.47%, 45.46% and 47.72%.
