Optimization of the Reflux Extraction Conditions of Flavonoids from Buckwheat by Orthogonal design
摘要
Abstract
The Reflux extraction conditions of rutin and quercetin from Buckwheat were optimized by orthogonal method. The single factor and orthogonal design method were applied to investigate the effects of alcohol concentration, ratio of solid to solution, distilled time on the result of extraction. The contents of rutin and quercetin were determined by HPLC. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: extracting with 70% alcohol (20 mL.g-1) for 2 h (extraction time). The extraction conditions is reasonable and feasible and it providest heoretic basis for the industrialized production.关键词
