摘要

Abstract

The nutritional components and antioxidant activity were analyzed in stamen of peony. Results showed that contents of protein, K, Ca, Mg, P, Se, carbohydrate, tocopherol were high in peony stamen and peony stamen was rich in amino acid and protein value was high. In addition, penoy stamen possessed high antioxidant activity and ethanol extract was the most efficient, which indicated that peony stamen was a promising source of natural healthy food.
