枯草芽孢杆菌Snb2原生质体制备和再生研究
Production and Regeneration of Antagonistic Bacillus Snb2 Protoplast
摘要
Abstract
The effects of different factors, such as Pencillium, Glycin, Lysozyme dose, temperature, cell-age, regenerative medium on protoplast formation and regeneration of Bacillus subtilis Snb2 were studied. For strain Snb2 the growth medium for the final content of Pencillium and Glycin were 0.3％and 1.0％ respectively for the best. The optimal condition was as followed: Lysozyme dose at 2.0mg/mL, temperature at 35℃,optimal cell-age was logarithmic growth mid-phase. On HCNB regenerative medium, the rate of protoplast regeneration was 66.0％.关键词
