老鹰茶总黄酮的提取工艺及抗氧化活性研究
Extraction and antioxidant properties of total flavonoids from Litsea Coreana L.

Abstract
The extraction conditions of the water bath technology of total flavonoids from Litsea coreana L. was studied.The effects of temperature, extracting time, ethanol volume fraction and ratio of liquid to material on extraction effect of total flavonoids were discussed. Simultaneously, the antioxidant prosperities of total flavonoids extracts were discussed.The optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids by using orthogonal experiment based on single factor were obtained as follows: ethanol solvents 70%, ratio of liquid to material 35: 1, extraction at 70℃ for 90min. Yield of rude total flavonoids is 6. 190% (as quercetin). The flavonoids extracts showed more potent capacity for scavenging DPPH with EC50 value reaching 18. 17 μg/L. Additionally, the flavonoids extracts exhibited higher reducing power and its EC50 value was 77.52g/L. The results indicated that the flavonoids extracts from Litsea coreana L. have strong antioxidant activities and are good ingredients of functional foods with antioxidant properties.关键词
