Abstract
In natural polysaccharides, chitosan is the only massive alkaline amino polysaccharide, which has a series of special functions, and is used widely in food industry, bio- medical materials, textiles industry, the field of environmental protection and so on. The market prospect is very considerable. In this paper Mucor racemosus was chosen as the strain based on the single factor experiments. The effects of influencing factors were detected by fractional factorial design, and three important factors sucrose, NaNO3 and time were also selected. The best contents and medium conditions were determined by analyzing central composite design, Response Surface and Contour. The optimum medium and conditions were as follows: inoculation amount (5%), sucrose (64g/L), yeast extract (3g/L), NaNO3 (3.5g/L), K2HPO4 (1.5g/L), MgSO4 (0. 1g/L), FeSO4 (0. 1g/L), at 28℃, with bed rotation speed of 140r/ min for 43h. Under these conditions, the production of chitosan by experiment was 1.43g/L.关键词
