摘要

Abstract

To evaluate the absorption capability and purification effect of polyphenols on macroporous absorption resin,and to find a better method to separate and purify total polyphenols in Loniceram acranthoides leaves.Using Folin-Ciocalteu as polyphenols determination method, the more suitable resin for purification of total polyphenols in Loniceram acranthoides leaves was selected by comparing 8 kind of macroporous adsorption resin’s adsorption and desorption capacity and optimum conditions for absorption and elution of total polyphenols were performed..The results showed that NKA-Ⅱ is the more suitable medium to purify total polyphenols, the optimum condition to purify total polyphenols with NKA- Ⅱ was to control the flow velocity at 2 BV/h, pH value at 3, concentration of feed at 6 mg/mL and with 60% ethanol as washing solution,the total polyphenols.produced by this process was pink powder with total polyphenols.purity up to 61.88%.
