Abstract
High-methoxyl pectins were produced from citrus peel waste by extracting with ion-exchange resins and purifying with macroporous adsorption resins. Through factor analysis method and orthogonal experimental, the optimal process conditions were showed as follows: ratio(solid: liquid): 1 : 20(m: V), ion exchange resins:4%, extracting solution pH: 1.7, extracting temperature 85℃, extracting time 140min, and the resulting extraction yield was 19. 806%. Then the using times of macroporous adsorption resin (AB-8 type) and different flow rates of constant flow pump were researched to find the best flow rate. When the best rate was 4 BV/h,the depigmentation rate was 54. 45% and the purifying yield was 95.32%. So the final yield of citrus peel pectin, degree of methoxylation, Galactose-uronic acid, molecular weight, ash content, pH of 0. 1% solution, moisture were 18. 88%, 53.75%, 75.26 %, 62040,l. 2%, 3. 201, 8.56%, resepctively, all the parameters reached the Chinese standard.关键词
