新型高效液相色谱法分析淮山中的VB1
A new analysis of VB1 in Chinese yam by high performance liquid chromatography

Abstract
The VB1 was extracted from fresh Chinese yam by ultrasonic extraction method, and the optimum HPLC conditions of VB1 in the Chinese yam were explored. A large number of experimental studies showed that the methanol: water = 5 : 5 as mobile phase,mobile phase flow rate at 1.0 mL/min, UV detection at 265 nm,column temperature at 25 ℃ was the optimum HPLC conditions of VB1 in the Chinese yam, the established standard curve had good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient R2 = 0. 998 9. Under these conditions, the average recovery of VB1 was 97.3%, relative standard deviation of the method precision less than 4.8%; the content of VB1 in the Chinese yam was 3.8 mg / 100 g. The method is a simple, fast, accurate and suitable for the analysis of VB1 in the Chinese yam.关键词
