摘要

Abstract

The method was established for the determination of oleanolic acid in walnut pericarp by RP-HPLC, with the chromatographic column of intersil ODS( 150 mm × 4.6 m, 5μm), the mobile phase consisted of methanol∶ water∶ acetic acid (265∶ 35 ∶ 0.1 ,V/V) at the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min; the injection volume was 20 μL; the detection wavelength was 210 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.The results showed that the good linear range of oleanolic acid was 0.728~7.28 μg (r = 0.999 7), and the average recovery (n =9) rate was 101.1% with RSD of 2.44%.The content of oleanolic acid in walnut pericarp was 2.1 mg/100 g.This method is simple and quick.The result is accurate and repeatable.
