摘要

Abstract

Determined the content of Zinc and Selenium in compressed tea with microwave digestion specimens and hydride-atomic fluorescence spectrometry, and the sample pretreatment and influence factors of accuracy and precision were analyzed and discussed. Results show that this method is fully able to meet the content determination of Zinc and Selenium in compressed tea with RSD (n = 7) 2.8% ~3.2%, and the recoveries of 97%~98%.
